A few things that might help
before your next rep.

What should I include in a bug report?

Tell us your iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, and Drumline version. Include the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead. Please leave passwords and payment details out of your message.

Why can’t the tuner or stroke tools hear me?

Check that Drumline has microphone permission in your device’s Settings. These tools need microphone access to analyze sound on your device. The support form does not record or upload microphone audio.

Another subscription?

Nope. Buy Drumline once. No subscription and no in-app purchases. The App Store shows the current price in your region.

Where can I play?

Drumline is made for iPhone and iPad. Check the App Store listing for the current device and iOS requirements. The app is designed for fingers; save your real sticks for the practice pad.

What happened to Break Creator?

Write Notation is the new score editor inside Drumline. Build parts for snare, tenors, basses, and cymbals, play them back, share editable .perc scores, and export PDF or PNG sheet music.

Can I share my work?

Yes. Export notation as PDF or PNG, or send an editable .perc score. Charts projects use .drillbook files, so you can share and reopen your drill.

What am I hearing?

Sound effects were performed by Aaron Shuman and Brian Stukey. Battery samples were professionally recorded by DCI DVD sound engineer Jamie Vanadia at NoiseFloor Ltd. in Chicago. Front ensemble samples come from the University of Iowa Musical Instrument Samples project.
