Drumline for Android

Drumline is published through the Unicorn Road Google Play developer account. You do not need a Drumline account. The Android app includes no advertising, third-party analytics, cloud score sync or online leaderboards.

Optional microphone access

The Drumhead Tuner and Speed Test use the microphone only after you start listening or a test and grant Android permission. Pitch and stroke analysis happens on your device. Microphone audio is discarded after analysis; it is not saved as recordings, uploaded or sold. Listening stops when you leave the feature or background the app. You can revoke permission in Android Settings and still use the other instruments and tools.

Saved work and imported files

Scores, Charts projects, settings and personal bests are saved on this device. Charts may include soundtrack audio, floor images and performer photos you choose through Android’s file picker. Those imported files stay in local app storage. The app does not scan your photo library or automatically upload your projects.

Files you choose to share

When you export or share a score, PDF, PNG or drillbook ZIP, you choose its destination with Android’s file and sharing tools. A drillbook can contain your imported audio and photos. Recipients and storage services can access what you choose to share under their own privacy policies. The app grants temporary read access to the selected export, rather than exposing its private document library.

Children and families

The app does not collect account details, advertising identifiers, location, contacts or microphone recordings from children or other users. A parent or guardian can manage microphone permission, supervise file imports and sharing, and delete local work. There are no ads, in-app purchases, public profiles or in-app messaging.

Deletion and retention

Delete scores and Charts projects inside the app. Imported or replaced Charts media may remain locally to support undo and safe references. Clear Drumline’s app storage or uninstall it to remove its private local data. Manage exported copies separately in the locations or services you chose. Android’s platform services and Google Play may process their own store or diagnostic information under Google’s policies.

Support and website

Opening online support or the full privacy policy leaves the app for your browser. Information you send through the support website is handled under the website’s privacy policy, including the contact details and message you choose to send. For privacy questions, use drumlineapp.com/support.

For website support-message handling, see the website privacy policy. For privacy questions, contact Drumline support.
